Two Oaks
The latest rum from Abuelo is double matured in two separate barrels; an oak bourbon cask to add the intense richness and an extra-charred Virgin American Oak adding the deep, smoky character. The finished piece brings the element of realism by adding texture, depth and subtle movement.
Working closely with our friends at Purple, our goal was to produce a motion piece which brought to life the combination of the two oaks alongside the bottle of smooth rum.
